Registration Information
Welcome class of 2021! OCEANetwork is excited to invite you to participate in the upcoming statewide homeschool graduate recognition exercises at The River Church, Salem. Space is limited so make sure to send in your registration as soon as possible. We will accept applications on a first-come first-serve basis. To receive an early bird discount, registrations must be received along with pictures and bios by Monday, April 5th. All other registrations, pictures and bios must be received no later than Monday, May 3rd.
Date and Time: Saturday, June 12, 2021, at 3:00 p.m.
Location: The River Church in Salem
Registration Fee: $160 with Early Bird Discount, $210 for all others. This fee includes: facility use; special speaker; graduation kit consisting of a cap, gown, personalized diploma and case; program; and dessert gift to take home. There will be no reception at the 2021 event. However, each family will receive a box of specialty cookies to enjoy at home.
Participation Eligibility: The OCEANetwork Oregon Graduate Recognition event is open to graduating seniors living in Oregon who have been educated at home in an independent homeschool in accordance with ORS 339.035 and either OAR 580-021-0026 or OAR 581-021-0029. Those enrolled in a public school, Oregon private school, private hybrid program, or virtual charter school are not eligible to participate.
Important Information for 2021: Each family will be provided event tickets for the graduate, their parents, siblings of the graduate, as well as four tickets for additional guests. We will provide a livestream of the event so grandparents and others who are unable to attend can view the event. Please stay home if you or somebody in your household is sick.
In accordance with OHA guidelines, everyone over the age of 5 is required to wear a face covering indoors. If you do not wear a face covering we will assume you have a medical reason. We will not enforce the wearing of face coverings. Graduates and their parents may remove their face coverings while on stage. Speakers, musicians, and emcee will not wear face coverings while on stage. We will use every other row in the auditorium, and families and their guests will be seated together. If local gathering guidelines change prior to June 12th, we will adjust the event guidelines accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Graduates and their parents must arrive at 12:45 pm for the graduation rehearsal on June 12th. Graduation rehearsal is mandatory for participation. Be sure to arrange your schedule accordingly.
